النقط مش بس بتتاخد في الشهر الثاني والرابع والسادس، لكن كمان في الشهر التاسع وفي عمر سنة، وسنة ونصف وعند الولادة.

أما الحقن فبتكون عند شهرين وأربعة وستة.
